Three months into the pandemic and COVID-19 is changing everything about life and work as we know it.

We’re all focused on how to best protect and support our customers, families, employees, and communities in the face of this unfolding crisis. On behalf of all of us here at Bushtrek Safaris, we want to let you know that our thoughts are with those who are affected.

Our mission is to enable our customers to contact us at any time. You can contact us from most social media channels, every page of our website has a secure communication channel and we also have an encrypted live chat option.

We remain optimistic as we look to the future.

As you know, we rely on your advice when it comes to what the market is thinking and thus welcome your thoughts on how you wish to be assisted.

There are selected hotels and camps operating (with special measures to ensure comfort and protection) & are reflected in special COVID-19 rates offered.

The Tanzania Safari circuit is currently open and from first-hand knowledge, we can confirm it has been organised well.

We are in constant contact with the airlines and government authorities (local & international) with respect to air travel. It is looking likely that wearing a mask will be the norm. At the time of publishing this communication, both Kenya and United Kingdom have 14-day quarantine for all inbound travellers in place.

We wish to let you know that we are flexible and prepared to help at any time when you need us.
